Managed to sell another item from the RC stuff I bought, if everything goes well I'm hoping to sell the lot for over $300 but it seems like alot of work ahead, nothing worth while comes easy...

Trade And Her Venture
Today I managed to sell 1 item in the pile of RC stuff that I got at the Thrift Shop awhile back.
Also she has started her own little blog shop selling Vintage Knick Knacks over at Mimi's Alcove
we've been heading to thrift stores and garage sales to look for nice things to turn a profit on. In our own way we're kinda doing our version of Picking. Hope it pans out.
In turn with helping her on her shop, anything that I purchase while picking with her will be listed on Mimi's Alcove on consignment and her shop will get 20% of the sale price.
So head over and take a look if anything catches your fancy!
Bought 2 items at the thrift store today that I like but she didn't so I'm gonna count it under my inventory.

Halloween Party Pickings and the Flea market after
She was really great to look out for coins while clubbing on halloween and managed to find a total of $1.90! A dollar coin, a $0.50 coin and 2 $0.20 coins. And the way she described how she picked them up was really great, she danced her way down to pick them up!
I do so adore her :)
And the very next morning(today) she had a stall at a Flea market in her neighbourhood so she crawled off bed after only 3 hours of sleep for it! I was able to sell off the comic book that I bought for the fund so another $1 to the fund with $0.50 of it as profit!

Step 5 Complete!
After the excitement of Carvivor, my group has decided to split the prize which is the price of the Motorola Charm Smartphone that was given to every team for the event.
But since one of our team members really wanted a new phone and he was the one that was playing with it the entire time, he offered to buy it off us.
And since a bird in hand is better than two in a bush, we decided to just sell it to him for a low low low price of $200.... and split the cash within the 3 of us.But because I paid for breakfast and then lunch for him... I'll have to deduct that from the $200 first. So in the end each of us will get $64.
So with that "sale" its $64 for me and since I decided to go for this event partially for this endeavor, I shall treat it as a task completed and add the money to the fund.
But since it is kinda a trade completed and not money found, as in Rule 8 of my rules - (No leapfrogging through trade), I shall only be cleared to Step 6!
Well it took a while but the journey was great! Goodbye Step 5 and Hello Step 6!
Can't wait for my next find and trade!
